REVISED : " CREATIVITY & INNOVATION MEET " AT IFFCO PARADEEP UNIT DURING 21 - 22 MAY'2010*

It is a matter of great happiness to express that we are going to organise " Innovation & Creativity Meet " at IFFCO Paraddep Unit during 21 - 22 May'2010 . It will be conducted by faculties from ' INSSAN - NIC ' , Delhi . In this regard , a mail from HRD , Head Office is attached for kind perusal .

On first day . this will be an ' Inter - Departmental Competition ' on ' Suggestion Case Study Presentations ' where nominated suggestors by each Deptt. / Section will make 10- 15 minutes presentation on their best creative idea implemented at their work place .

The presentations will be evaluated and judged by INSSAN - NIC Team . INSSAN - NIC will give participation mementoes and certificate to all the presenters while winners ( 1st , 2nd & 3rd ) will be given special mementoes & Certificate of Recognition . Final addressing and award distribution ceremony will be done by our unit head .

The second day will be utilised for facilitating learning to suggestors & co-ordinators through INSSAN - NIC programmes " PRERNA " and " AMPLIFYER " .

Hence Deptts. / Sectional Heads are requested to list all awarded suggestors of his / her Deptts. / Sections whose suggestions have been already implemented , and enable them to prepare ' Suggestion Case Study Presentations ' through encouragement and guidance .

In order to make this meet highly impressive and successful , co-operation from Deptts. / Sectional Heads are highly solicited .
