We are glad to inform you that today at 1 PM, a Toll Free Helpline Number
1800 103 1967
is going live to answer customer queries related IFFCO and Group Companies.
M/s. AWP Assistance (India) Private Limited, Gurgaon will operate our Call Center from 9AM to 6PM, 7 days a week.
To begin with, 15 number of agents will answer the queries in Hindi/ English /Punjabi/Bengali/Tamil /Telugu/ Kannada/ Marathi/ Gujarati / Malayalam.
Orientation training was given to the agents by our team, and for next 15 days, one representative from our group companies will be stationed at Call Center, to monitor calls/train people/ and handle queries.
You are requested to arrange the following:
1. In SMSs being sent to Golden Jubilee participants, our new helpline number be incorporated.
2. In all websites of group companies, the new helpline number be incorporated.
3. At all Golden Jubilee event locations, the new helpline number be displayed prominently.
4. In all our campaigns, the new helpline number be disseminated
