The award amounts of suggestors whose suggestions for the period June to November 2011have been accepted for implementation has been credited in their bank accounts.

Due to unavoidable circumstances newly designed certificates which were to be presented during Republic Day on 26th January have been handed over to concerned Sectional Heads who may kindly ensure that the certificates are handed over to the awarded suggestor.

We are also pleased to inform that as per revised suggestion scheme guidelines token money of Rs. 25/- per selected suggestion has been approved by our Respected Sr. Executive Director and the amount credited in the repsective suggestors bank account.

Out of total 827 suggestions received, during the period June 2011 to November 2011, 625 suggestions have been selected for token award.

Employees are requested to give quality suggestions which are innovative with new ideas and also write legibly their name, designation, P.No. and department and the suggestion they are giving in detail also spelling out the tangible benefits as much as possible. They are also requested to check with their sectional heads whether it is a repeat suggestion before submitting.
