1.it is for kind information of all colleagues that employees upto the level of Senior Manager in order to move out of plant OR Admin Building gate SHOULD be in possession of an ON DUTY pass duly approved by the competent authority and a copy of the same will be handed over to security section for record.
2.while moving out/in they will be required to fill up their details in the REGISTER at plant AND/OR Admin Bldg gate.
3.please ensure compliance.
4.systems dept may please send this as a circular for wide dissemination.
