This is in reference to the Circular dated 02.07.2010 on the subject.

As has been informed, Systems Deptt. has started Workflow application for FLTE/Wash/Magazine allowance for payment of monthly FLTE , Washing & Magazine allowance. After online application is made payment is directly credited to employees account by F & A. The workflow applications in IFFCO is mainly a step towards paperless transaction inside the Organisation having inbuilt administrative & financial rules and regulations. In view of the same applications for FLTE/Wash/Magazine allowance will now onwards be accepted through online process only and no paper application will be entertained for the same.

The provision for FLTE/Wash/Magazine allowance has been given at:

MIS > Web Applications > FLTE

User id : Your mail id or your personal no.
Password : mail password used in internet explorer or your personal no. or password

Pls. contact Systems in case of any problem during login or filling up the form.

In this regard all employees are requested to apply for their monthly FLTE/Wash/Magazine allowance for the Month of June 2010 and onwards through online application only.

HODs/ Sectional Heads are requested to arrange for timley completion of application process of FLTE/Wash/Magazine allowance for all employees of their respective Deptt./Section.
