CIRCULAR

It has come to our notice that few employees have failed to attend the health checkup in their respective schedule dates. Employees along with the spouse who are interested to attend the health checkup may kindly submit their names in the medical department by 19/07/2018 following which a date will be allotted. After this date, we cannot entertain anybody even with request. Kindly cooperate and consider it as the last and final call.
