Unquote : Received following message from HO . ERP , HRMS , Despatch and all applications running from Head Office will be affected. However system running on cloud i.e Fertliser stock transfer to Rangiagarh , Coal , Lab Analysis, Production Reporting , Scrap Sale System etc. will remain normal.

We have planned to upgrade the resources (CPU and Memory) of our Production IBM Power 8 Servers on 25/2/2018.

A down time of around 12 hrs from 06.00 PM, 25-Feb-2018 i.e Sunday to 6AM ,26-Feb-2018 i.e. Monday is planned.

During this downtime all the production and Non-Production application of ERP, HRMS, Marketing applications, E-proc , other plant application deployed at HO will not be available.

However e-mail and Internet will not be affected.

Pl communicate to the all the concern users.
