With reference to our e-mail dt. 10.3.2017, the Online Performance Appraisal for the year 2016-17 is now available in workflow applications as under:

Workflow Applications--> Employee--> Performance Appraisal

You are requested to inform all employees of your Unit in Grade H1 & above to fill up their self appraisal using the above mentioned path. The schedule for completing the same is as follows:

1: Self Appraisal: by 22.4.2017
2: To be Appraised/Reviewed: by 29.4.2017
3: To be accepted by Accepting Authority: by 6.5.2017
The above dates (S.No 2 & 3) should also be followed for employees of Grade H2 and below.
Director (HR&Legal) has desired that the appraisal stages must be completed as per the above mentioned dates.
