It has been observed that many employees have still not obtained Vehicle Pass for entry into the Plant / Office. For instance, the details of findings during the Security check made on 2^nd April, 2015 is attached for ready reference. All employees are once again advised to obtain the mandatory Vehicle Pass latest by 18^th April, 2015. In case any employee found driving the vehicle without pass from 20^th April, 2015 onwards, his vehicle entry shall be discontinued and will not be allowed to enter inside the Plant / Office, by the Security personnel.

It is, therefore, advised to ensure that the above instructions are complied strictly for entry in the Plant / Office with Vehicle Pass positively before 18th April, 2015.
