This has reference to our previous Circular on the above subject. We would like to inform all employees that we have received Office Order No.HO/PERS/ESTT/129, dt. 17/10/2017 wherein the employees are permitted to seek the reimbursement of Diwali gift and liveries by submitting Bills from Un-registered vendors under GST also, for the time being valid till 31st March, 2018. This is for your kind information please.
