USERS FILE BACKUP PROCEDURE*

All concerned are requested to keep backup of your important files as the procedure given below. This should be done frequently to avoid any data loss.

Step 1 : Go to Start > Run and type \\backup_server (As given in the screen shot) . Click OK button

Step 2 : You will be prompted for user id & password. Give your user login name eg. p200 & password as <password> and click OK.

Step 3 : The backup folders will open . Double clik on your respective folder i.e p200 in this case .

Step 4 : Copy all your important files into this folder

SPACE LIMIT is 1 GB for each user.

Note : Default password may be changed by Systems on users request.
