We have received the below mail from HO. Microsoft Azure AD Service is soon going to be implemented in Paradeep Unit. Main feature of this service will be , that all the desktop PCs in Paradeep Unit will now have a domain based login . The Login will be based on Personal Number & E-mail password. This activity is now complete in IT Services and we are going to start this activity for all users. Our helpdesk person will approach you and will do the needful. Your cooperation is highly solicited.

Thanks for giving us time over the Zoom Meeting. As directed, We will initiate the Roll Out of Azure AD functionalities on all the IT Services Department Users at all the IFFCO sites during the 1^st Phase. Please find the below detailed Plan of action

User Syncing to Cloud from on-premise AD

We will be Initiating the User Sync to cloud with Password Write-Back enablement with Azure AD

Your email/Office 365 Password will change and will be the same as your provided Active Directory Password. You have to login to Outlook, Webmail, OneDrive etc. with your new password (Password@123)

Enablement of MFA and SSPR

After the Successful Sync, We will deploy the Conditional security policy & enforce MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) and SSPR (Self Service Password Request),

Registration Process will automatically initiate when the Policy enforced

All the IT Services Department Users will be required to do the MFR & SSPR Registration using your Mobile Number (As per the attached SOP for MFA and SSPR Registration)

Domain Joining of Workstations from Workgroup to iffco.coop Domain & Move Data (My documents, Desktop Files and Browser Favourites) from Old to New Windows Profile

In Parallel, you shall start joining the workstations to iffco.coop domain from workgroup environment for Paradeep, Kandla and Aonla.

Post Domain Join, login on to IFFCO.COOP domain with user name as your Per. No., will create the new profile, data from the existing profile need to be transferred to the newly created profile. (As per the attached SOP)

For Kalol and Phulpur the user and computer Profile Migration will be done Remotely from Head Office, Kindly follow the SOP for the Pre Migration Steps.
