dear sirs,
1.we have been checking vehicles for TOKENS at both entry points since 04 april 11 and you may be pleased to note that there has been a good response from our colleagues.
2.it is felt that we can achieve 100% with your coopeartion.
3.there will be A CHECK for vehicle tokens at gate number 2 and admin building gate ON 07 APRIL 11 from A shift onwards.all are requested to to FIX THE TOKEN AT A VISIBLE PLACE.
4. systems dept is requested to send it as a circular for wide dissemination.
