Dear e-mail users
Please refer to trailing e-mail dated 30-03-2011 regarding the change of the existing e-mail address

" to new e-mail address

". We have been communicating the new e-mail address to our concerned mail recipients for more than one year now. The competent authority has desired to stop using "iffco.nic.in" from now onwards. Therefore it is requested to all the e-mail users to get their e-mail id registered with various banks, institutions etc. changed to new e-mail id within 15 days i.e.
31st May, 2012

After this date sending/receiving of e-mails with @iffco.nic.in will be stopped
. Only e-mails meant for iffco.in or iffco.coop will be received by the users.
Please treat this matter most important & urgent and take necessary action at your end at the earliest.

Change of domain name of Website and email
It is to inform that IFFCO has acquired a new Domain for its Website and we will move to the new domain from the existing domain from today onwards. As a consequence of this, IFFCO's new website address is
www.iffco.in
in place of
www.iffco.nic.in
.
Similarly the email address of all IFFCO's Users are also being changed and the new email address will be xyz@iffco.in from the existing xyz@iffco.nic.in.
Therefore, it is desired that the change in the address of IFFCO's Website may be intimated to all the concerned immediately. We, therefore, request you to inform all the IFFCO's Stakeholder, Vendors, dealing agencies, cooperative agencies and all other related persons regarding the change in the address of IFFCO's Website and email.
Hence forth the emails will be received from new email address as well as from old addresss and thus there will be no hindrance in operations of emails. Password of new email will remain same.
Instruction for Systems Team to get it corrected on all Email addresses of individual PC.
Please go to Edit Current option on the right bottom of the lotus notes client and change the e-mail address in the internet mail address option from xyz@iffco.nic.in to xyz@iffco.in
