Please find below a message from Sr. GM (HR) on the above subject. All are requested to avail this opportunity.

QUOTE:

Reference Hon’ble M.D.’s recent address to the employees in which he had underlined the importance of YOGA for boosting immunity in a natural way to fight Covid-19.

Keeping the above in view, virtual Yoga Classes will be held daily till 16^th August, 2020 between 0600-0700 hrs. in the morning which will focus on Asanas/Poses that will help in reinforcing immunity system.

Shri Hosiyar Singh Yadav, Certified Yoga Trainer, will facilitate the classes.

All the employees are requested to attend yoga sessions along with family members.

There will be a Q&A Session for 5-10 minutes at the end of each day’s session.

Please keep yourself MUTE till the beginning of the Q&A session but remember to UNMUTE yourself while asking question.
