Process of uploading the payslips into DMS has been discontinued. Now payslips will be uploaded into Oracle database. A provision for sending the payslip thru email with password encryption has also been introduced in this system. Now payslips will be generated thru HRMS and will be encrypted thru password. Password will be first four character of employee PAN NO (Upper case) and date of birth in ddmm format. For example if an employee whose PAN NO is AFTXL5462M and date of birth is 05-Nov-1970 then his password will be AFTX0511. Using this password only he will be able to view his/her payslip.
