.Sub: LIST OF SELECTED PLAYERS OF PARADEEP TEAM.

This is for information of all selected players (List attached) in following categories.
a) IFFCO Employees (Male) & IFFCO Trainees,
b) Boys of 14 years of age and above,
c) Lady employees and wives of employees/female daughters of 14 years of age and above.
that they should undergo coaching regularly and improve their performance. The schedule of coaching is as below.

1. Race – 100 Meter.
2. Race – 200 Meter. 6.30 AM to 9 AM (“D” type Lawn)
3. Race – 400 Meter.
4. Relay Race – 4 x 100 Meter 4.30 PM to 7.30 PM (New Stadium)
5. High Jump
6. Long Jump
7. Shot Put throw
8. Discus throw
9. Javelin throw

10. Table Tennis / Carom / Chess 9 AM to 12 AM & 3 PM to 9 PM

Also all the selected players of Paradeep Team shall practice MARCH-PAST from 4 PM to 4.30 PM in “D” type lawn daily.
HODs / Sectional Heads are requested to inform the selected players.
