Users are advised to review the list of their plant and decide which item code is to be kept operational. Any stock in duplicate items must be moved to the item code that will be operational onwards. Stock is to be transferred from duplicate items using Transfer Adjustment Voucher (TAV).
Duplicate items are to made "Inactive".
