A reminder from HO IFFCO regarding adherence to timelines for filling up self-appraisal and the current status is appended below for information of all concerned:-

The Online Performance Development System (PDS) for the year 2019-20 has been launched on 7th April, 2020. The timelines for completion of the same have been given as follows :

1. Self-Appraisal : From 7th April to 17th April, 2020
2. To be Appraised : From 7th April to 20th April, 2020
3. To be Reviewed (1st review) : From 7th April to 25th April, 2020
4. To be Reviewed (2nd review) : From 7th April to 28th April, 2020
5. To be Accepted by Accepting Authority : From 7th April to 30th April, 2020

As the due dates are approaching, it is observed that 794 Officers have not yet started filling their self appraisals and appraisals of 1725 workmen have not been initiated by the reporting officers.

The Online Performance Development System can easily be accessed from home/office via IFFCO Corporate Applications Portal (http://apps.iffco.coop) as under :

Employee Information System (EIS)--> Workflow Application--> Appraisal--> Apply/Approval

All are requested to expedite the completion of appraisal forms as per the above mentioned timelines.
