1.we have experienced FIRST foggy weather of the season this morning.
2.all are requested to DRIVE SLOW and carefully with head lights ON and also switch on side blinker lights of your vehicle.
3.CONCERNED DEPTS ARE REQUESTED TO ISSUE SPECIAL INSTUCTIONS to fleets of KALINGA SELF HELP,,HIRED VEHICLES and PARADEEP PARIVAHAN .
4.systems dept to please send this out as a circular for wider dissemination.
5.SECURITY traffic sentries are checking and ensuring compliance at all points.please cooperate.
