Every one from Production, Maint, P&A,F&A etc are requested to send their write ups,
sketches, matter related to Safe working, Road Safety etcfor publication.
The above Safety matters may kindly be submitted to F&S Office or undersigned
for neccessary action at our end.

Please note that the last date for submission of these matter is 26th Jan'11.
