All HODs/ Sectional Heads are requested to collect claims in the prescribed format duly supported with cash memo from all permanent employees, deputationist, IFFCO Trainees (except Act Apprentices) and full time Advisors/Consultants of their department and forward the same to the Personnel Section latest by 25.10.2010 for reimbursement of cost of above gift items / sweets.
