There is an exponential rise in financial frauds thru email by user / domain impersonation though out the world in the recent past. In the recent QRM held on 03/06/2019, Hon’ble Managing Director has desired that any official email, where money related transaction is involved, will have to be consulted with the senior officials before initiating any action. The authenticity of the email sender is to be ascertained before replying to such emails also to avoid any fraudulent transaction. The precaution is to be taken with the official email as well as for the personal email also.
Security is being enhanced to secure the email further. Please bring the fraudulent/suspicious email to the attention of IT Services Department immediately.
