TODAY, THE 14TH OCTOBER, 2020 AT 1100 HRS - YOUR PARTICIPATION IN FIRST ROUND OF 9TH IFFCO QUIZATHON 2020 - AN ALL INDIA IFFCO INTER UNIT MANAGEMENT QUIZ*

HRD Department is pleased to announce the conduct of 9th ANNUAL QUIZATHON 2020, an All India IFFCO Inter-Unit Management Quiz Contest in the month of October, 2020 as per the following:

ROUND I – SCREENING ROUND (VIRTUAL) ON 14^TH OCTOBER, 2020
ROUND II – SEMI-FINAL (LIVE ONLINE) ON 20^TH OCTOBER, 2020
ROUND III --GRAND FINALE (LIVE ONLINE) ON 23^RD OCTOBER, 2020

QUIZATHON ROUND I – ONLINE SCREENING ROUND FOR ALL EMPLOYEES ON 14^TH OCTOBER, 2020 AT 1100 HRS. – DURATION : 25 MINUTES.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

It is an INDIVIDUAL event.

Any employee of IFFCO (including trainees) can participate in the ONLINE SCREENING QUIZ

in the

individual capacity only, and not in team.

60 multiple choice questions (MCQs) are to be answered in 25 minutes.

Each question will have four answer options.

TIMER will indicate the remaining time available while a BAR will show the percentage of questions attempted.

The questions will appear one-by-one on the screen.

There will be no option of going back to the previous question. However, one can skip the question and move to the next by clicking the NEXT button.

Quiz can be attempted over mobile, desktop or laptop with internet facility (3G/4G)

There is no need to separately register for participation in this online quiz.

All questions carry equal marks.

There is no negative mark for wrong answer.

12.

No supervision is required.

13.

Employees are expected to attempt the online quiz in all fairness and integrity without any external help.

14.

Upon completion of quiz, press the button ‘SUBMIT MY ANSWER’ where after the participant will get the final score.

15.

The right answers along with the explanation, if any, shall be provided to all through a separate mail.

LOGIN PROCESS:

The quiz link will be activated at 1100 hrs. sharp where upon the individual should login by entering his Personal Number, FULL Name (first name & last name) & Name of Unit/State Office and then click on the START BUTTON to initiate Online Quiz.

It is advised to open the quiz link by 1050 hrs. and wait for the quiz to become active at 1100 hrs.

If anyone has logged on before 1100 hrs., he may REFRESH the page at 1100 hrs.

IMPORTANT

: The login can be done only between

1100-1105

hrs. whereafter it will be AUTO LOCKED and no one will be able to participate thereafter.

Opening of another Tab while participating will lead to auto submission of the quiz.

RESULT OF ROUND-I will be announced on 15^th October, 2020.
Depending upon the cut-off marks, the top scoring contestants will move into the ROUND II. In case of a tie, the winner will be decided on the basis of least time taken in answering the questions.

QUIZATHON ROUND II – LIVE ONLINE SEMI-FINAL ROUND ON 20^TH OCTOBER, 2020 AT 1100 HRS.

The Round-I qualifying contestants will participate in a live online quiz to be held over ZOOM.

It will have various rounds like rapid fire, direct, pass-on etc. to make it engaging and exciting for participants and viewers alike.

Full details of this Round will be shared upon conclusion of Round-I.

QUIZATHON ROUND III – LIVE ONLINE GRAND FINALE ON 23^RD OCTOBER, 2020 AT 1100 HRS.

The top scoring contestants in Round-II will compete in the Grand Finale which will also be held live through ZOOM.

The quiz will last approx. 1 hour.

It will have various rounds like rapid fire, crossword, bonus, direct, pass-on etc.

PRIZES:
All the winners of different Rounds will be rewarded with prizes.

HR Heads at Units and State Offices are requested to circulate the details of Quizathon 2020 to all the employees. A copy of this mail should also be displayed in the Notice Board along with the Quiz Poster appended herewith.
