Changing Password in HRMS*

Pls. go to MIS > Web Applications > HRMS .

After the login screen opens , give your personal no. & click on 'Change Password' given at the bottom of login screen. Another screen appears and then give your old & new password and click on change password. New password must be 8 digits/characters or above except 'password' . Users already having password more than 8 digits may or may not change the password. However in the interest of users and from security point of view it is better to change the current password. In case of any difficulty pls. contact our Helpdesk at 4891/5891.

It has been noticed that password of HRMS Users are not strong and many users might have kept default password like “iffco”, “password”, “abc” same username and password etc. In view of security concern, all HRMS users are advised to change their password and keep it of minimum 8 digits/characters except word “password” . This needs to be done within the next three days. After three days, we will enforce the password policy in the system.

To avoid the login issue after enforcing the policy, users must change their password within next three days as suggested above.
IT personnel in your unit/offices to assist the users & spread awareness
