Sub : Immovable Property Return
This refers to circular no Ref : HO/Vig/F-81/2012 dated 26/12/2012 on filing of the annual return on Immovable Property by all employees in Grade H1 and above. An online application is made available during Jan 02, 2013 - Feb 07, 2013 for HO/MKCO, Kalol, Kandla, Aonla, Phulpur, Paradeep & Marketing Offices
.
The
facility will be available from Jan 02, 2013. All the concerned are requested to file the Return
only
through this online application and returns filed manually on paper will not be entertained.
Detailed steps for filing the return are placed at Annexure-A below. The application can be accessed from any computer on IFFCO's network and is user friendly. It is recommended that the necessary information may be kept ready for smooth filing of the return. In case of any difficulty, please send your email to akgupta@iffco.in or lalit@iffco.in or rktaneja@iffco.in clearly stating the nature of the problem.

Steps for Filing Immovable Property Return
Click on the following link depending on your place of posting (or copy the address in your Browser)

It is recommended that the requisite information may be kept ready to facilitate smooth posting.
When prompted, enter your Personal no & password. This is same as those used for Workflow Leave etc
If there is no immovable property to be declared, click on "To File Nil Return Please Click Here".
To enter property details , click on "File Statement of Immovable Property for Current Year".
Fill the details completely in each field. Most of the fields are mandatory. Figures are to be entered completely e.g. correct entry : 1200000 ; wrong entry : Rs 12 lakhs. If any mandatory field is left blank or any wrong entry is made, error message is given at the time of saving.
Click "Save" to submit the data or "Exit Without Save" to abort.
You can also take print of the filled data for future reference by clicking Print button.
Click on "Add Another Property" to add details of more properties. Use this button to enter details of all the properties as are required to be entered
The documents submitted can be modified by clicking "Edit" button until the last date for submission. No changes can be made after the due date.
