Government of India has decided to implement GST w.e.f. 1st July, 2017. As a part of GST Implementation Single Ledger / Legal Entity merge Project of ERP has been planned to Go-live on 12.06.2017 at 8 AM. We have planned downtime of ERP from 9.06.2017 @ 6 PM to 12.06.2017 @ 8 AM to perform the activities of Single Ledger / Legal Entity merge and hence ERP will not be available for users. Kindly close May 2017 accounts by 9.06.2017 including all previous periods of Ledger / Sub-ledgers. It has been observed that some periods of AP & GL modules of some Area/State offices are still open for April 2017 which need to be closed immediately.
