I note that many employees of your Unit have been rated as 'Fair' or 'Poor' in their annual appraisal.
Please convey these adverse appraisals to the concerned employees and advise them to improve. Also let H R Deptt call them one by one and counsel with them. A report should be sent to me about the action taken within one month. If you do not find any improvement then we may have to either remove such employees or make one more attempt for their improvement by shifting them to some other Unit.
