An Online Bus Pass Reservation System has been released in MIS for use by all employees for advance booking of
Tickets for the recently launched IFFCO-Paradeep-Bhubaneswar Bus Service.
It can be accessed from MIS --> Req menu.

Steps to operate this system are given below:

1) Login with your HRMS userid & Password
2) On successfull login , Seat Layout screen is displayed
3) Select the Journey Date & press Retreive Button.
4) The currently Booked seats (shown in Red colour) and Available seats
(shown in Green colour) are shown for selection.
5) Click on the required seat-numbers.
6) On the Bottom block, enter all the Passengers names by selecting from the LOV button.
7) Review your booking details and press 'CONFIRM' button to book the tickets.
8) You can print the tickets by clicking on 'PRINT TICKET' button.
