Workshop on Health & Stress Management through clapping

A special workshop on Health and Stress Management through clapping is being organised at Choppal (Swarna Jayanti Grah) on Thursday, 14^th February 2019 from 06.30pm to 08.30pm. All employees with their spouse and children can take advantage of this programme.

Shri Arun Rishi, founder of The Ayushmaan Bhav Trust & Research Center, Ujjain will be conducting the programme and would cover the following.

1. Health, Stress and Life Style Management through clapping.

2. Self Management

3. Breath Management

4. Spouse Management

He has conducted more than 2000 workshops across the Globe on his clapping therapy workshops.
