We are enclosing herewith Statement showing Status of Saving Declarations made by the employees as on 08.02.16 for FY 2015-16.

The proof of saving declarations received in Accounts Department are shown as "Actual" in Investment Type column of the statement and shown as "propose" for the proof of savings not received in Accounts Department.

All employees are requested to go through the statement and in case of any discrepancy, they are requested to contact to Sh. YVS Rao, DM (A/c) in F& A Department along with Proof of Savings made on or before 15.02.16.
