Recd. following msg from IT , Head Office . ERP will remain down from 19/06/2021(Saturday) , 5.30 PM to 20/06/2021 (Sunday) , 5.30 PM , full one day. Further remaining all system except a very few cloud based applications i.e. PRS , Lab etc. will remain down on 20/06/2021 (Sunday) , 8 AM to 7 PM . E-mail , Internet will remain normal. Cooperation of all is highly solicited.

Dear All,

A downtime of 24 hrs from 5.30 PM (19/06/2021) to 5.30 PM (20/06/2021) has been planned to apply various patches on the Production EBS. During this period ERP applications will not be available.

We have also planned to upgrade our Legacy Database from 12c to 19c version. A downtime of 11 hrs from 8.00 AM (20/06/2021) to 7.00 PM (20/06/2021) is required for this upgradation. During this period all our legacy applications (e-VIKAS, Plant Dispatch, HRMS, EIS, POMS, Saathi Portal, e-procurement, Shares Accounting, IFFCO Bazar Software, IFFDC applications, Mobile App etc) will not be available.

However, Email, Internet and Plants Applications hosted on Oracle Cloud will be available to all users.

All are requested to communicate to the concerned users of your units/departments for planning their activities accordingly.

Sh. Sanjay Kr Mittal JGM (ITS) & Sh. Amitabh Mishra JGM (ITS) shall coordinate the complete activities along with their team members.
