Pipes & Fittings Items having Duplicate Descriptions at different Units*

We are also working on identification of Duplicate Pipes & Fittings Items. We have identified 237 Items having Duplicate Descriptions at different Units as given in the files attached herewith. We have given the item description of units in separate columns. We have also given the "Proposed Item Description" identified mainly on the basis of item codification scheme. In some cases marked with yellow color, we couldn't get the scheme and we have not proposed any description.

Units are advised to give their feedback on "Proposed Item Description" in the column "Unit's Feedback" within a week. We require the feedback of those units where Items have been assigned. After unit's feedback, item description will be finalized and updated in ERP to have uniform item description across IFFCO.
