As you are aware that we have migrated the emails from IBM Lotus Notes to Microsoft Office 365 on cloud. You are using email thru Microsoft outlook client or thru Microsoft outlook web access (thru browser). The email can be accessed thru mobile devices like mobile phones, tab etc on the move also. This facility was provided to key officials in earlier email system. The email thru mobile devices is the inherent feature of the Microsoft Office 365 at no extra cost to IFFCO. So it is recommended to all the email users to configure the email to your mobile devices. Internet access thru mobile data or wi-fi on mobile devices is required to use email thru mobile devices. Please follow the steps given below to configure the email on the mobile devices (Android / IOS).
For Android
To begin setup on your Android phone, go to the Play Store.
Enter Microsoft Outlook in the Google Play search box and tap Install. Once Outlook is done installing, tap Open.
In the Outlook app tap Get Started, then enter your email address as username and email password as Password > Continue, and sign in with your organization credentials.
Open Outlook again, and enter and confirm a PIN (if asked). Your Outlook app is now ready for use.
For IOS
Go to App store, and in the search field type in Microsoft Outlook.
Tap the cloud icon to install Outlook.
When the installation is done, tap the Open button to open Outlook and then tap Get Started.
Enter your work email address on the Add Email Account screen > Add Account, and then enter your email address as username and email password as Password > Sign in.
Locate Outlook on the iPhone, and restart it. If prompted enter a PIN and verify it. Outlook on your iPhone is now ready to be used.
