Submission of Pending Medical bills reg.*

This is for information of all employees that all the pending medical bills for reimbursement( SMS & Normal ) is to be submitted by 20/03/18.Medicines purchased /treatment taken after 20/03/18 will be submitted by 26/03/18. After that only emergency purchase for last 2-3 days can be for submitted by 30/03/18, evening 5 p.m. The processing and reimbursement can be made before the closure of the current financial year ie 31/03/18. Advance amount in form of cheque/cash if taken on medical ground and not settled, is to be settled during this period. This can be treated as most urgent and extend your cooperation for completion of this financial task.
