Online Performance Development System for the year 2020-2021 *

The Online Performance Development System (PDS) for the year 2020-21 is now live on IFFCO Corporate Applications Portal (http://apps.iffco.coop) as under :

Employee Information System (EIS)--> Workflow Application--> Appraisal-->Apply/Approval

All employees from Grade H1 to Grade AB are required to fill up their self-appraisal using the above mentioned path. The timeline for completing the same is as follows :

1. Self-Appraisal: From 12th April to 19th April, 2021
2. To be Appraised: From 12th April to 23rd April, 2021
3. To be Reviewed (1st review): From 12th April to 26th April, 2021
4. To be Reviewed (2nd review): From 12th April to 28th April, 2021
5. To be Accepted by Accepting Authority: From 12th April to 30th April, 2021

The above timelines (S.No. 2 to 5) should also be followed for completing appraisals of employees of Grade H2 and below (Available in Appraisal-->Approval tab). Submitted self-appraisal forms of Employees can be rated by Clicking the Appraisal-->Approval tab in Workflow applications.

The Online PDS User Manual is available in Appraisal tab in Workflow applications. All concerned are requested to go through the manual before filling up self-appraisal or entering the rating of any employee. Google Chrome browser is best suited for online PDS. To use this application on mobile phones/devices, use the URL http://eis.iffco.coop

A timer of 30 minutes will be visible at the top of the appraisal form to the appraise as well as the reporting, reviewing and accepting officers. A pop-up message will be visible on the screen 5 minutes before the webpage is about to expire so that the employees may save the draft of the appraisal form.

Director (HR & L) has desired that all concerned must ensure that the appraisal stages are completed as per the above mentioned timelines.
