Investment Declaration status as on 31.01.2011 in respect of all the employees for the Year 2010-2011 is available in MIS ( query P & A - Investment Declaration Status). All concerned are hereby requested to go through the detailed individual status and confirm the same to pay roll section of F & A Deptt. latest by 20.03.2011 ( 5.00PM ). Changes/ correction, if any, in investment status may be intimated on or before 20.03.2011 ( evening 5 PM ). Original documents should also be produced to Pay roll section in confirmation of such changes to incorporate the same for computing the taxpayable for the F.Y. 2010-11.
