Please refer to the trailing mail.
It is well known that IFFCO is among the organizations which are known to have one of the best remuneration package for it's employees. After the recent pay revision, the commitment of the Society has been emphasized even more towards the employees welfare.
In view of the above it becomes express duty of one and all to contribute their maximum, work wise at each level, to maintain the Society at it's enviable position. It also calls for reducing the cost in all the fields to make our organization most efficient.
With the recent pay revision, the manpower cost has increased substantially and hence it calls for a through review of the Organization Chart to make the organization lean and efficient.
To achieve the above following is suggested:
1. Rationalisation of manpower in all the Units, HO and MKCO.
2. Restructuring of posts / positions to reduce plant operating staff.
3. Restructuring of positions in HO and Marketing to increase productivity.
4. General Shift staff to be rationalized to reduce to optimum levels.
5. Restructuring of maintenance organization and distribution of work to all in place of assigning them for specific plant. Job allocation to be based on actual requirement.
6. Re deploy personnel for efficient and effective utilization of resources.
7. Optimize contracting and out sourcing to use permanent man power effectively and efficiently.
To accomplish the above following information is requested initially:
1. Work out a revised organisational chart.
The present organisational chart and presently deployed manpower strength is already available on the basis of which the revised chart may be prepared.
2. Work out a statement illustrating the Outsourced / Contracted job / work, Section / Department wise.
3. Work out a statement illustrating the Casual and Contracted man power on daily, monthly and yearly basis, Section / Department wise. Units to indicate Annual Turn Around Contract / Man Power Section / Department wise seperately.
