Further to the circular dated 08.08.2014 on the above subject here are a few pointers for clarification of the participants:

1. Each child may submit only one picture selecting any one of the theme as mentioned in the previous circular dated 17.07.2014.
2. Collaborative pieces are not eligible.
3. Copying other artwork and drawing the character which copyright has occurred are not eligible.
4. Size is must be less than 728mm × 515mm × 3mm
5. You can use any materials and methods to paint.

How to Send the Picture
1. Cut out the application Form I.
2. Fill in the application Form I completely in English(block letters)
3. Paste the application Form I on the backside of the picture.
4. Submit the drawing to the undersigned

Kindly send in your entries on or before 30th August, 2014 to the undersigned
