We have received following mail from HO. System will remain down today i.e. 15/06/2019 , 5 to 7 PM. due to system activities at Head Office. All the major softwares ie.. ERP, HRMS , PMMS, Despatch , PHAST , HME etc. will remain down during this period. E-mail & Internet will remain normal. Cooperation of all is highly solicited.

In continuation of the activity done on 12-06-2019 for SD-WAN implementation, we would be taking down-time of 2 hrs from 17.00 to 19.00 on 15-06-2019(Saturday) for further configurations of Fortinet devices. During this period all the Business Applications ( ERP, HRMS, e-Vikas, Plant Dispatch System etc. ) will not be available thru WAN and Internet.

Subject: Data Center Downtime

We are in the process of implementation of SD-WAN. A downtime of 1 hour from 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM today (12/6/2019) has been planned for configuration of routers. During this period all the Business Applications ( ERP, HRMS, e-Vikas, Plant Dispatch System etc. ) will not be available thru WAN, however these applications will be available thru internet. Email facility being on cloud will not be impacted. Pl communicate to the users.
