Filling up of Performance Appraisal *

We are in receipt of following mail from HO on the above subject:

QUOTE:

The new Online Performance Development System (PDS) for the year 2018-19 is now live on IFFCO Corporate Applications Portal (http://apps.iffco.coop) as under:

Employee Information System --> Workflow Application--> Apply--> Appraisal

All employees from Grade H1 to Grade AB are required to fill up their self-appraisal using the above mentioned path. The schedule for completing the same is as follows:

1. Self-Appraisal: From 1st April to 15th April, 2019
2. To be Appraised: From 1st April to 20th April, 2019
3. To be Reviewed: From 1st April to 25th April, 2019
4. To be Accepted by Accepting Authority: From 1st April to 30th April, 2019.
The above timelines (S.No 2 to 4) should also be followed for completing appraisals of employees of Grade H2 and below (Available in Approval/Recommend tab). Submitted self-appraisal forms of Employees can be rated by Clicking the Approval/Recommend tab in Workflow applications.

The Online PDS User Manual is available in Appraisal tab in Workflow applications. All concerned are requested to go through the manual before filling up self-appraisal or entering the rating of any employee. Google Chrome browser is best suited for online PDS. To use this application on mobile phones/devices, use the URL http://eis.iffco.coop

Director (HR&Legal) has desired that the appraisal stages must be completed as per the above mentioned dates.
