As you are aware, ERP upgrade from version 12.1.2 to version 12.2.5 was started in Oct 2015 and Trial 1, Trial 2 and UAT were completed successfully. ERP Go - LIVE activity was postponed due to annual accounts closing. Now ERP GO LIVE activity is planned as per the following schedule.

Downtime : From 21st April 2016 @6.00 PM to 25th April 2016 @8.00 AM.

ERP GO-LIVE : 25th April 2016 @8.00 AM

One Oracle consultant for each unit will be visiting on 24th April and will be there till 7th May to support the units and will support in April Accounts closing.

During this period ERP, E-Proc and all interface systems with ERP will not be available. It is suggested that any urgent payment may be completed by 21st April 2016.
