Recently virus was found in computer in one of the unit. The source of virus was pen drive. Virus entry through pen drive is the easiest way of entering virus in computers which can corrupt data. Recently many new viruses are found in market which do not have solution. The only way is to format PC and lose data.

All heads are requested to discourage use of pen drive as now many ways of data sharing is available. Pen drive use shall be allowed to very limited users only for limited period. Please note that data recovery will be difficult in this cases. IT team to ensure minimum use of Pen drive by users.
