Please find attached below the Circular for Submission of Posters, Slogans in English & Hindi, Essay, Poem, Technical Paper for participating in National Contests-2017 to be held during 19th National Creativity Summit on 22nd and 23rd June, 2017 conducted by INSSAN at SCOPE Convention Center, New Delhi.

All employees are therefore, requested to drop their slogans in the Slogan Box placed at TIME OFFICE / DESPATCH SECTION (New Admn Building).
Posters/Essay/Poem/Theme Papers/Slogans can be deposited to the respective coordinators or to the undersigned also.

Last date for receiving the entries- 6th May, 2017 by 17.00 Hours.

The respective Sectional / Dept. Heads are requested to communicate & encourage the employees to participate in the competitions.
