Dear All,

The name of CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19) is known to all by now. World Health Organization has declared this as a pandemic since many countries have been affected by the contamination of COVID-19. Unfortunately for the control of this virus no vaccine has been developed yet since the causative strain of the virus disappears or changes before a vaccine or medicine is prepared against them.

Considering the above facts, the best strategy is creating awareness for absolute prevention from contamination of the COVID-19 Virus.

As an advisory below mentioned are a few preventive and precautionary measures to avoid getting contaminated during the outbreak of virus.

1. To boost up the self immune system.

2. Maintain adequate personal hygiene. The most important is adequate washing of hands using handwash and water. Hand sanitisers should be used frequently.

3. Avoid sudden change of temperatures – from hot to cold and cold to hot,.

4. Avoid visiting closed & crowded places like markets, cinema & exhibition halls etc.as far as possible.

5. Take rest when the initial symptoms of the diseases appear. Most of the above stated viruses affect the respiratory system first, causing cough, cold, running nose, fever, sore throat, chest pain etc.

6. Consult your doctor if the symptoms do not subside in 48-72 hours.

A Homeopathic medicine has been prepared that helps to boost the immune system. One of its ingredients is also recommended by the Ayush Department - Government of India, as preventive measure.
