We have received the following mail from Head Office . Pls. go through. All the systems i.e. ERP,HRMS, Despatch, PMMS, PHAST , Coal, Gatepass, Molten Sulphur , Workflow, DRR etc will remain down from 22.12.2018 from 6.00 PM till Sunday i.e. 23.12.2018, 9.00 AM. Internet & E-mail will remain normal. Cooperation from all is highly solicited.

Following major activities have been planned.

The Production IBM Power8 Servers Maintenance

IOS software Code and Firmware level Upgrade to address the security advisories and vulnerabilities as well as performance related issues.

Proper Dressing of the Network structured cables and mounting of Network cable managers in the Data Centre Network Racks.

During this shutdown ERP application and other legacy production applications will not be available. The MPLS connectivity of Head office and Internet will also be affected.

- However email facility will not be affected.

Pl communicate to all the concern users.
