We have received the following mail from Head Office. System will remain down on 25/08/2019 from 9 AM to 5 PM. This will affect ERP, HRMS, Despatch , PHAST , Workflow etc. E-mail & Internet will remain normal.

Full-fledged DR Drill exercise of our Critical Business IT Applications – Oracle EBS & Legacy Applications (HRMS, e-Vikas, Despatch, Work Flow and POMS etc ) have been planned on 25^th August 2019 from 09.00 Hrs to 17.00 Hrs.

During this period all the Business Applications running from Data Center will not be available to business users. However Business applications of plants running from Oracle Public Cloud, email and internet facility will not be affected. During this drill all the Corporate Business Applications will be shutdown at data center. These applications will be made available to the IT team from DR site to do limited transactions. After that we will shut down these applications from DR site and entire data will be replicated back to the Data Center. After verification these applications will be made live and released to the users.
