During the financial year 2017-18, IFFCO Paradeep Unit achieved:

Production of 17,23,845 Lakh MT bulk Fertilizer surpassing the RRB targeted Fertilizer production 16,00,000 MT.
Production of 7,05,250 MT P2O5 and 17,09,600 MT Sulphuric acid surpassing the RRB targeted production of 6,70,300 MT P2O5 and 15,90,850 MT of Sulphuric acid respectively.
Highest ever DAP (18:46:00) production of 12,77,600 MT in 2017-18 surpassing previous highest of 11,59,900 MT in 2012-13.
Highest ever yearly P2O5 output in complex fertilizer of 6,78,700 MT in 2017-18 surpassing previous highest of 6,31,353 MT in 2014-15.
Highest ever yearly Flousilisic acid despatch of 5,557.586 MT in 2017-18 surpassing previous highest despatch of 4,545.582 MT in 2013-14.
Highest ever yearly revenue generation from scrap sale, Rs. 1208.10 Lakh (4278.58 MT) in 2017-18 surpassing previous highest of 819.22 Lakh in 2012-13.
Highest ever bio fertilizer sale of 52,415 liters was achieved in 2017-18 surpassing previous highest of 27,610 liters in 2016-17
Highest ever monthly Fertilizer production of 1,76,245 MT in March 2018, surpassing previous highest of 1,76,000 MT achieved in November 2011.
Highest ever monthly DAP (18:46:00) production of 1,46,200 MT in March 2018, surpassing previous highest of 1,44,400 MT in October 2012.
Highest ever monthly Phosphoric acid production of 76,400 MT in March 2018, surpassing previous highest of 70,600 MT achieved in December 2011.

"National Energy Conservation award - 2017: 2nd prize in the Fertiliser (Phosphate) sector" from Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), Ministry of Power, Govt. of India, for outstanding achievement in Energy conservation on 14^th December 2017 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
"State Safety Awards" by Odisha Government for outstanding achievements in safety management on 10^th March 2018 at Bhubaneswar.

2. "State safety Award-2015"- Winning 1st Prize in "Lowest Weighted Frequency Rate of Accidents"

"Greentech Safety Award 2017- Platinum" from "Greentech Foundation" for outstanding achievements in Safety Management in Fertiliser Sector on 15^th December 2017 in "Greentech Occupational Health & Safety 2017 Conference" organized at Goa.
"Kalinga Safety Award 2016 - Gold" from IQEMS, for outstanding achievements in Safety Management in Chemical/ Fertiliser Sector on 10^th November 2017 in the "Odisha Safety Conclave-2017" organized at Bhubaneswar.
"IGBC Green Residential Societies – Platinum Award" from "Indian Green Building Council" in 15th Green Building Congress 2017 organized on 05^th October 2017 at Jaipur.
"Eminent Award - 2017: Gold" for outstanding achievements in Environment Management in Fertilizer Sector on 15^th January 2018 at New Delhi.
“Odisha INC CSR Excellence Award - 2017” under Corporate Social Responsibility category on 23^rd December 2017 at Hotel Mayfair, Bhubaneswar.
"Corporate Excellence Award Best in Fertiliser Industry - 2017" for outstanding achievements in Corporate Management in Fertilizer Sector on 17^th December 2017 in "Odisha Cultural Foundation" organized at Bhubaneswar.
"Best Unit Award 2016-17 - Runners up" during inter unit creativity meet on 30^th June & 1^st July 2017 at FMDI, Gurugram.
‘2nd Prize for Best Suggestion’ in 7th Inter Unit creativity meet on 30^th June & 1^st July 2017 at FMDI, Gurugram.
Seven Nos. Employees from IFFCO Paradeep Unit bagged 10 awards under various categories during 19th National Creativity Summit of INSSAN (Indian National Suggestion Scheme Association) organized at Scope Complex, New Delhi on 22^nd - 23^rd June, 2017.

D) OTHER HIGHLIGHTS:

Suggestions : Received 887 suggestions in the year 2017 under 'IFFCO Employees Suggestion Scheme'.
Shipping : 98 no. of ships (39.03 Lakh MT) handled during the year 2017-18.
Transportation: 625 no. of fertilizer rakes (16.50 Lakh MT) dispatched & 74 no. of coal rake (2.90 Lakh MT) received during the year 2017-18.

E) IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW PROJECTS:

Inauguration of 5th Sulphuric Acid Tank & PAP Cooling Tower on 02.10.2017 by Honorable Chairman & Managing Director.
Inauguration of Golden Jubilee Gate on 02.10.2017 by Honorable Chairman & Managing Director.
Inauguration of Swarna Jayanti Sabhagar on 02.10.2017 by Board of Directors.
Inauguration of Golden Jubilee Plaque on 03.10.2017 by Board of Directors.
Recertification of Environment Management System ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 were received in July 2017 and new certificates are valid upto 14.07.2020.
