Sub: Filling up the appraisal forms by Officers in Grade H1 and above.

It has been observed that many of the Officers are yet to fill up the performance appraisal form for the year 2011-12. All those, who have yet not filled up their appraisal forms are, therefore, requested to fill up their appraisal form immediately . Appraisal forms of officers, pending for 1st Review, 2nd Review etc. as the case may be, may also be forwarded for acceptance of the competent authority.
