Dear Friends,
Human Resource Management is a dynamic issue requiring constant attention and engagement. We have been striving to accomplish this goal through various ways and means. Of late, a realization has dawned upon us that we are not yet taking full advantage of the information technology for this purpose.
For quite some time, the need was being felt to create an open environment on a sustainable (24X7) basis where the employees can put forth their ideas, suggestions and queries on HR issues without any constraint of time and place.
Its gives me immense pleasure in launching
‘HR FORUM’
- a blog created to bring together all the employees to a common platform where they can share their ideas on HR policies and contribute in providing solutions to HR systems and processes. This will give us a chance to connect with the employees for bringing about a positive change in the organisation climate.
To make this initiative a success, I would request all the employees to contribute their ideas,
views, issues, concerns, suggestions, HR updates etc. without any inhibition or fear.
I hope that the ‘HR Forum’ will help in creating a better tomorrow for all the stakeholders in IFFCO.
